These terms govern your use of the Paperbase website at getpaperbase.com, operated by Paperbase Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore, and the installer downloads it provides. Paperbase itself is delivered as a private, self-hosted deployment under a separate written agreement between you and Paperbase Pte Ltd. If you have such an agreement, it controls with respect to the software and services it covers.
Using this site and downloads
You may use this website and download installers for the purpose of evaluating and running Paperbase in environments you control. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, probe or breach its security, or use its content to build a competing product. You are responsible for how you deploy and operate the software in your own infrastructure.

The content of this website, including text, design, branding, and downloadable installers, is owned by Paperbase Pte Ltd and is provided for use with Paperbase. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
No warranty
This website and the installers are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperbase Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the downloads, or for any data or business outcomes in systems you operate.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the effective date above and publish the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
