This policy covers the Paperbase website at getpaperbase.com, operated by Paperbase Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore. Paperbase is delivered as a private, self-hosted deployment inside your own infrastructure — we do not operate a public SaaS service. The only personal information this website collects is what you submit through the contact form.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email address, and company name. Our hosting infrastructure also records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use contact form submissions only to respond to your inquiry and, where you ask for one, to schedule a demo. Server logs are used only to keep the site secure and operational. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing, and this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where it is stored
Contact submissions are stored in a database on our own hosting infrastructure, with access limited to the team members who respond to inquiries.
Retention and your choices
We keep submissions only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, then delete them. If you would like us to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted, reach us through the contact form and we will respond promptly.
Data protection law
We handle personal data collected through this website in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
